Cancellation Fees

Failure to reschedule or cancel appointments with at least 24-hour notice incurs a Full Fee charge

Funding

Work Cover

To access Workers’ Compensation funding for psychological services, you need an accepted workers’ compensation claim for a work-related psychological injury. Treatment costs are covered in line with your insurer’s guidelines.

Medicare

Medicare provides rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year with a registered psychologist with Mental Health Care Plan from your GP or specialist.

TAC

Transport Accident Commission funding is available for people who have an accepted TAC claim related to a transport accident in Victoria. Treatment costs are covered in accordance with TAC guidelines.

DVA

Department of Veterans’ Affairs funds up to 12 sessions with a psychologist for people with an accepted DVA claim, or eligibility through a DVA Gold or White Card, and a GP or specialist referral.

NDIS

We provide psychological services for clients with NDIS self-managed plans. You can access sessions with us directly, and we will provide the invoices so you can claim reimbursement from your NDIS funding.

Private

You can book psychological sessions directly with us and pay privately. Receipts are provided for your records and to claim health insurance rebates where eligible.
